Ciprian Ractei

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Ciprian Ractei has developed solid expertise in management and team leadership. His career began at Frigoglass Romania, where he gained extensive experience in production operations. In 2013, he joined Hamilton as Supply Chain Manager, later progressing to Head of Plant Operations. In 2019, after six years of demonstrated leadership, he assumed full responsibility for the Romanian manufacturing site as General Director. During his tenure, the company underwent significant strategic expansion, including increased production capacity, strengthened operational capabilities, and broader business development initiatives. Ciprian played a key role in guiding this growth, ensuring that expansion efforts aligned with the company’s long-term objectives. His leadership further reinforced high-quality standards, enhanced customer loyalty, and supported sustained profitability across the organization. Academically, Ciprian holds a degree in Business Administration from Timișoara and remains committed to continuous professional and personal development, actively seeking new knowledge, refining his leadership skills, and embracing opportunities that support his long-term growth as both a manager and an individual.
