Ioana Necula

With over 25 years of experience in education and finance, I am the founder and CEO of Genesis College, a private school that offers high-quality education and personal development for students from kindergarten to high school. I am also the CEO of Romexterra Finance, a non-banking financial institution that provides loans and financial education to individuals and businesses. In addition, I am the exclusive franchisee of Kipina Kids Preschools in Bucharest, a network of innovative and bilingual preschools that use the Finnish curriculum and methodology. I hold a CTP and a CFEI certification, as well as a master's degree in economics and business management teacher from the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest. I have also completed executive education programs at Harvard, London Business School, and I have an MBA degree from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. My core competencies include educational leadership, business strategy, turnaround management, and financial literacy. I am passionate about creating and delivering educational programs and services that empower learners of all ages and backgrounds, and that contribute to the social and economic development of Romania.
