I am a former physician who transitioned into the realm of entrepreneurship, driven by a profound passion for human potential, excellence, and unparalleled health. My fervor for enterprise ignited during my penultimate years at medical school when my brother, Dragos Voinea, and I co-founded Toastmedia, which later evolved into Marsilian. Today, Marsilian stands as a testament to our vision, boasting the distinction of owning the preeminent academic e-learning platforms in Romania, catering to over 230,000 users in medicine and law. In our continual endeavor to innovate, Marsilian pioneered Romania's first 3D human visualization platform, BIOMAP, in early 2019. BIOMAP was shut down on January 1st, 2025 due to a lack of a big enough market in Romania was such product. In 2020, we broadened our horizons by delving into the healthcare sector, starting the building of Wanderma Clinic—a premium dermatology and plastic surgery clinic situated in Craiova, Romania. The clinic was launched in September, 2023. Beyond the aforementioned ventures, a noteworthy strength of mine lies in adeptly managing and orchestrating multiple projects simultaneously. This multifaceted approach has been instrumental in shaping the success of Marsilian and its various subsidiaries. My vision is not merely to create a thriving company but to sculpt a lasting legacy—a conglomerate that will continue to flourish long after my involvement, echoing the values and principles upon which it was founded. While the conventional trajectory might be to retire after achieving such accomplishments, I am resolutely driven by a different philosophy. I harbor no desire for full retirement. For me, the journey of innovation, growth, and leadership is ceaseless, and I am committed to being an active contributor to the evolution of Marsilian and the broader industry. Outside the professional sphere, my personal journey with running began in 2012. Within a span of two years, I transitioned from casual runs to completing numerous marathons and ultra-marathons, covering distances up to 65 miles in a single race—all while fundraising for our county hospital. In 2017, my athletic pursuits pivoted to triathlons, where I have since accomplished two IronMan races and a pair of IronMan 70.3 events. My wanderlust has taken me across more than 60 nations, with an ambitious goal to set foot in every country on this globe.
