Romanian Business Leaders (RBL), the foundation representing over 500 entrepreneurs and business leaders, has appointed its new Board of Directors for the 2025–2027 term. Sergiu Neguț, co-founder of FintechOS, assumes the role of President, supported by vice-presidents Felix Pătrășcanu (Managing Partner, FAN Courier) and Alexandru Lăpușan (CEO & Co-founder, Zitec).
The new 13-member board aims to advance the foundation’s core strategic pillars—education, entrepreneurship, and good governance—while emphasizing collaborative impact and community-driven action. Joining the leadership are board members Marius Ștefan, Laura Florea, Angela Roșca, Simona Pirtea, Iulian Cîrciumaru, Dan Pitic, Ciprian Borșan, Florin Talpeș, Hilde Brandl, and Sorin Axinte. This board structure represents a mix of ongoing strategic continuity and new perspectives as the organization continues to act as a significant voice for the Romanian business environment.
